Warehouse Associates - Afternooons

Adecco is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for full-time temporary positions with a leading global logistics and supply chain company in Delta, BC. • Pay Rate: $18.35/hour

• Location: Delta, BC

• Shift: Monday to Friday |3:00 PM to 10:30 PM

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

• Expected Start: End of September / Beginning of October

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight, parcels, and warehouse shipments

• Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping

• Verify shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies

• Label, package, and stage products for distribution

• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse

• Operate in accordance with workplace safety procedures and standards

• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized

• Support general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 to 6 months of warehouse, distribution centre, order picking, shipping, receiving, or general labour experience

• Previous experience in a high-volume fulfillment or e-commerce environment is considered an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Strong English communication and comprehension skills

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
