Sales & Distribution Coordinator

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Sales & Distribution Coordinator for an opportunity within the manufacturing industry in Mississauga, ON.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, distribution, logistics, or retail operations. You will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, managing reporting and forecasting, and ensuring excellent service across major retail and distribution channels.

• Pay Rate: $62,000 to $64,000 per year

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Support sales initiatives, customer programs, and key account activities

• Coordinate customer orders, account requests, and distribution support functions

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis

• Monitor inventory, shipments, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate account, sales, and customer records

• Support compliance requirements and account documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain

• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Coordination, Distribution, Logistics, Retail Operations

• Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is considered an asset

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
