Adecco is currently hiring General laborer for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, packing, receiving and warehouse operations.

  • Pay Rate: $21/hour

  • Location: Mississauga, ON

  • Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with Overtime option available

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Order Packing

  • Pack, label, and repackage products accurately.

  • Process orders using scanners and warehouse systems.

  • Prepare shipments and ensure orders meet quality standards.

  • Support inventory counts and stock verification activities.

Warehouse & Dock Operations

  • Load and unload trucks and containers.

  • Move materials using warehouse equipment.

  • Wrap pallets and prepare skids for shipping.

  • Match shipping documentation and verify product accuracy.

Safety & Teamwork

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow company procedures, policies, and safety regulations.

  • Support team goals and assist with additional warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment

  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Reliable, organized, and punctual.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
