About Us

Our client, a well-established Asian food wholesaler, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support its sales team, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working closely with customers, developing a team, and taking ownership of sales performance.



Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and sales training.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Manage negotiations with key customers and close sales contracts.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. •
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit existing and prospective customers as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of sales systems and order processing.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues and improve sales processes


Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Strong sales and communication skills.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean , both spoken and written.

• Current NSW Driver's Licence.

• Microsoft Office skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • 7.6 hours per day / 38 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Company vehicle provided
