Adecco is recruiting a reliable and experienced Production Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing client. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining product quality, following safety procedures and meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Following production procedures and specifications
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Labelling and packaging products accurately
  • Stacking and preparing finished goods for storage and transport
  • Maintaining a clean and safe production environment
  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Working collaboratively with team members and reporting any issues to supervisors


Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
  • Experience operating and monitoring machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
  • Physically capable of lifting, stacking and moving products regularly
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability and a commitment to workplace safety
  • Availability to work regular shifts, with potential for overtime
