Food and Beverage Attendant - Team Leader

We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic staff for a variety of hospitality roles, including Hospitality Managers. Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support hospitality teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards
• Act as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders during shifts or events; and coordinate workforce requirements
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and on-the-job support to team members
• Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace policies, and safety requirements
• Manage attendance, punctuality, and late arrivals, escalating issues where required
• Handle operational challenges, incidents, or urgent staffing matters calmly and effectively
• Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to staff and management
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
• Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and workforce documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet staffing and service needs
• Assist with planning and coordination for peak periods or high-volume operations
• Maintain a professional presence and represent the organisation positively at all times

Your Profile

• Previous Hospitality Team Leader/Workforce Coordinator experience in premium events; 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded
• Valid RSA and Food Handler Cert (Essential)
• Experienced in 3-Plate Carry and Drink Tray Handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable Grooming & Appearance
• Ability to manage operational issues in real time
• Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
• Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting staff

We are hosting interview sessions regularly. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend one of these sessions.
