Construction Foreman - Mixed Use

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to join our team and oversee projects across both the residential and commercial sectors throughout Sydney.

The Role

As our Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of construction sites, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, trades and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Leading and managing trades, subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard
• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
• Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics
• Monitoring quality, progress and workmanship
• Maintaining a strong focus on WHS and site safety
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
• Liaising with project managers, clients, consultants and contractors
• Maintaining site records, documentation and daily reports
• Ensuring the site is clean, organised and professionally managed
• Helping coordinate multiple stages of construction from start to completion

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in both residential and commercial construction.

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience across residential and commercial/mixed-use projects
• A solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements
• A current White Card
• Relevant construction qualifications/trade background
• Full Australian working rights
• A current NSW driver's licence
