【Client Description】

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join the Uber Mobility team in Taiwan. This role is critical in driving key strategic partnerships and operational initiatives across the market. You will be responsible for executing partnership programs, generating actionable insights, and building scalable operations from the ground up. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

【Candidate Profile】

● 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business analysis; tech or mobility background a plus.

● Proficiency in SQL is a must; experience with building dashboards with google sheet/ excel is a strong plus.

● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

● Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and external partners.

● Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure from scratch.

● Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

【Responsibilities】

1. Strategic Travel Partnership Execution & Management

● Drive end-to-end execution of partnerships, including travel-related partnerships.

● Own contract coordination, CRM asset drafting and review, and campaign setup.

● Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, and product teams to align on timelines and deliverables.

● Use SQL to identify targeted user cohorts and implement reward-based campaigns effectively.

2. Travel Campaign Design and Execution

● Design travel campaigns to capture demand and optimize the campaign scheme based on observed results.

● Coordinate cross-function teams for external-facing content preparation and review.

● Use SQL and build dedicated dashboards to track result and optimize campaign scheme.

3. Operational Setup for Strategic Initiatives

● Build and document scalable operational processes for new business lines.

● Plan and implement marketplace management tactics, including incentive schemes.
