Supply Chain Manager _Retail

[Client Description]

A well-established consumer goods company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across demand planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution.

[Candidate Profile]

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, personal care or related industries
• Experience in supply chain systems, SAP or related process improvement projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

[Responsibilities]

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, supply planning and inventory management
• Develop sales forecasts and supply plans to ensure product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels
• Monitor inventory performance across distribution centers and sales channels, including stock value, inventory aging and shelf-life management
• Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and optimize supply chain performance
• Manage logistics operations and external 3PL partners to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
• Drive supply chain process improvement initiatives and support system enhancement projects
• Analyze supply chain performance, identify risks and implement corrective action plans
• Lead and develop a small supply chain team while supporting cross-functional business initiative
