美商能源公司 : Site EHS Manager or Sr EHS Specialist

Position Overview : 

We are supporting an international energy technology group in hiring an EHS Site Manager or Sr EHS Specialist for a major project in Kaohsiung.

This is a frontline site-safety leadership position responsible for managing daily EHS operations, developing the site EHS team and working closely with project leaders, consortium partners and subcontractors.

Requirements

1. Proven site EHS experience within construction, power generation, heavy industry, EPC or turnkey projects.

2. A valid Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Manager Class B certification or above.

3. Strong practical knowledge of electrical safety, PTW and LOTO systems.

4. Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

5. Strong contractor-management and stakeholder-influencing skills.

6. Willingness to work overtime and occasional night shifts according to project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience on Taiwan Power Company projects.

2. Power plant, LNG, oil and gas or petrochemical construction experience.

3. NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent international safety qualification.

4. Previous experience managing an EHS team or a large contractor workforce.

5. Familiarity with corporate EHS digital reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead daily EHS activities across installation, rehabilitation, construction and EPC/turnkey project scopes.

2. Manage, coach and develop a small team of on-site EHS professionals.

3. Implement and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programmes.

4. Manage electrical, lifting, working-at-height, hot-work and other high-risk construction activities.

5. Engage Project Directors, Site Managers, international project teams, consortium partners and subcontractors to maintain a strong safety culture.

6. Monitor EHS performance, audits, incidents and corrective actions through corporate digital reporting systems.

7. Ensure compliance with Taiwan legislation, corporate EHS policies and applicable international standards.
