離岸風電工程 : Project Manager

位於台中港區的新創工程公司，主要提供離岸風電工程服務、專案管理、重件吊裝與運輸規劃、船舶支援，以及陸域工程相關服務。

公司組織扁平、決策快速，適合具備工程專案管理能力、喜歡解決問題，並希望參與公司成長與多元工程專案的人才。

Requirements : 

• College diploma or above; Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management related background preferred.

• Experience in project management, engineering coordination, construction, EPC, renewable energy, offshore wind, energy storage, semiconductor facility construction, or civil engineering is a plus.

• Candidates with hands-on project execution experience and client-facing communication ability are preferred.

• Good English capability, especially in email communication, document review, and client meeting participation.

• TOEIC 750+ or equivalent English proficiency is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project follow-up skills.

• Motorcycle or car driver’s license required.

• Able to travel occasionally within Taiwan.

Responsibilities : 

• Manage project execution from planning, coordination, implementation, acceptance, to payment follow-up.

• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, procurement, administration, and HR.

• Manage project milestones, schedule, quality, cost, risks, and key deliverables.

• Work with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assess project feasibility, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, and execution risks.

• Prepare project proposals, quotations, tender documents, and presentation materials.

• Support contract negotiation and clarify project requirements with clients and vendors.

• Maintain client relationships and support business development activities when needed.

• Assist in developing potential clients and strategic partnerships, with project management as the primary focus.

• Handle customer complaints and Non-Conformance (NC) issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
