• At least 8 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing processes, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in managing customer quality, supplier quality, and production quality activities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Effective English communication skills for interaction with regional and international stakeholders.
