百年高科技美商 : Process Engineer(Melting/Forming) 熔融或成形製程

Ps. 加分條件 : 

1. 具玻璃、陶瓷、鋼鐵、石化、面板、熱處理或其他連續式製程經驗。

2. 具高溫製程、熔爐、成形或相關設備經驗。

3. 熟悉DOE、SPC、DMAIC、Six Sigma或統計分析工具。

4. 曾主導製程改善、良率提升、成本降低或設備改善專案。

工作時間：平時以正常日班為主

輪班需求：設備重建、擴充或歲修期間，一年約一個月左右的輪班支援，並給予津貼

工作環境：可能進入玻璃製造前段高溫區域，現場溫度約30–40°C，非典型無塵室環境

英文使用：定期與海外團隊開會、報告及進行技術溝通

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering; Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred.

2. At least two years of experience in process engineering, equipment engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

3. Understanding of process control concepts and process data analysis.

4. Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

6. Good written, listening, and verbal communication skills in English; TOEIC 550 or above is preferred.

7. Ability to participate in technical meetings and prepare reports or presentations in English.

8. Strong safety awareness and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

9. Willingness to work onsite and provide occasional off-shift project support.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Provide day-to-day process troubleshooting and technical support to production.

2. Participate in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement activities.

3. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

4. Analyze process data to support experiments, technology development, and engineering decisions.

5. Support new technology migration through equipment installation, process optimization, and technical documentation.

6. Participate in manufacturing rebuild, equipment upgrade, and capacity expansion projects.

7. Improve product quality, yield, throughput, cost, and process stability.

8. Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, Facility, and global engineering teams.

9. Establish and maintain process parameters, standard operating procedures, and technical documents.

10. Provide occasional off-shift support during rebuild, expansion, or annual maintenance projects.

(Choose one track, depends on background and experience)

Melting Track : 

1. Monitor and improve glass melting, furnace, and glass delivery processes.

2. Analyze high-temperature process conditions, equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and process abnormalities.

3. Support furnace maintenance, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementation.

Forming Track : 

1. Maintain and improve glass forming process stability, quality, and yield.

2. Analyze the relationship between process parameters, product defects, quality, and production output.

3. Support process qualification, equipment improvement, and new product or process introduction
