MNC：Finance Manager

【Client Description】A multinational corporation (MNC) with global operations and diversified business presence. 

【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within an international or multinational environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management processes.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin. 

【Responsibilities】

• Responsible for the overall finance and accounting operations of the Taiwan business, including financial reporting, tax management, compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Partner with management to provide financial analysis and business insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting requirements while maintaining effective governance and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
