• 1+ year related work experience
• SAP experience preferred.
• Familiar with computer operating software: Windows and Office

1. Take ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order placement, issue invoices, shipping document preparation...all takes related to order management.

2. Take care of the ordering process for supplier portfolio and deliver quality work

3. Review all open orders and backorders; follow up with Suppliers to ensure on-time shipments; escalate issues appropriately to ensure prompt solutions.

4. Process payment claims for suppliers (A/P).

5. Maintain good record of documentation for audit purposes.

6. Coordinate Supplier's contract reviews with the Legal team

7. Maintain customer information in SAP

8. Apply for new supplier setup.

9. Front office to sourcing, bidding & vendors evaluation, and management to get the cost-saving target.

10. Assist with supplier management and annual supplier audits.

11. Work proactively in the "One Team" framework ensuring that cover and support is provided whenever necessary.

12. Assistance with Import / Export person the customs declaration process for ordering foreign products confirmation of declaration, etc. (Fisher or 3rd party products)
