Our client is a well-established multinational chemical manufacturing company with approximately 700 employees in Taiwan. The company is committed to operational excellence, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainable development.

To support its continued growth and EHS excellence initiatives, the company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and strengthen site-wide Environment, Health, and Safety programs.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Solid experience in Environmental, Health & Safety management within manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and external auditors.
• Team management experience.
• English proficiency capable of conducting business presentations and professional communications.

Preferred

• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in EHS management system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and related operations.

• Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of site EHS management systems.
• Monitor and interpret EHS regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Act as the primary contact with government authorities for EHS permits, reporting, and inspections.
• Develop and execute EHS programs, initiatives, and improvement projects.
• Review, revise, and maintain EHS procedures and management systems.
• Drive EHS culture development through training, communication, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate and manage external EHS, fire safety, and regulatory audits.
• Oversee plant security management.
• Support GMP-related requirements and compliance activities.
• Manage pest control and monitoring programs.
• Lead a team of 3 EHS professionals and drive team performance and development.
