【Responsibilities】

• Lead the centralized issue management process across software, hardware, mechanical, and validation teams during NPI development.
• Own and manage the Jira platform, tracking issues originating from internal testing, ODM partners, third-party laboratories, and dogfooding activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional issue triage meetings and drive alignment on priority, ownership, action plans, and closure timelines.
• Apply standardized prioritization methodologies and engineering judgment to assess issue severity, customer impact, and urgency.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure timely root cause analysis, corrective actions, validation, and final closure.
• Drive resolution of critical P1 issues before major project milestones, including Code Freeze, PV Exit, and Product Ramp.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs, RACI frameworks, and operational workflows for the SEPM organization.
• Collaborate with SEPM counterparts across multiple display product lines, including Commercial, Consumer, Gaming, and OTS programs, to standardize best practices and scale processes.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, issue metrics, and status reports to support stakeholder reviews and management decision-making.

【Candidate Profile】

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, Technical Program Management, Issue Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs involving hardware, software, validation, manufacturing, and system integration teams.
• Experience within the display, PC, consumer electronics, or related technology industries.
• Strong familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Sudden Impact, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in data analysis, issue metric reporting, and dashboard development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience supporting monitor, display, PC, notebook, or consumer electronics product development programs.
• Familiarity with ODM/OEM collaboration models and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing projects through EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production phases.
