此職務需協助內部管理團隊職興相關數據資料分析，並結合財報進行相關評估和說明

【Responsibilities】

• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Displays Cost Configurator, including cost logic, data structure, automation, and scalability.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to provide clear visibility of cost performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and management KPIs.
• Drive cost data accuracy and governance through data validation, reconciliation, and alignment of cost definitions and methodologies.
• Perform ROI and financial analysis for cost reduction initiatives, NRE investments, and other business proposals to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Maintain a consolidated view of all cost activities across the Displays organization, tracking savings, cost increases, investments, implementation timing, and financial impact.
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, R&D, Program Management, Operations, and other Business Units to align cost data, methodologies, analytics, and reporting.

• Finance backgroundBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, cost management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and cost tracking. SQL or Python experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft office, Power BI, including dashboard development, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working across multiple data sources, validating data accuracy, identifying gaps, and translating data into business insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and Business Units to drive data, process, and reporting alignment.
