As the company continues to expand its international presence and engage with global capital markets, it is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to strengthen relationships with institutional investors and potential funding partners, particularly within the U.S. biotechnology investment community.

Position Overview

The (Senior) Portfolio & Opportunity Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s fundraising and investor engagement activities. This position will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential investors, communicating the company’s investment proposition, and supporting management in fundraising discussions and investor meetings.

The ideal candidate brings solid exposure to the biotechnology or healthcare investment ecosystem, with hands-on experience engaging U.S.-based investors, institutional investors, venture capital, private equity, or other relevant capital providers. Prior experience participating in or supporting successful fundraising activities will be highly valued.

【Key Requirements】

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising or Venture Capital in Biotechnology, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with U.S.-based investors or international biotechnology/healthcare investors.
• Prior hands-on experience in fundraising, investor pitching, roadshows, financing transactions, or capital raising processes is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to understand scientific and business information and translate it into an effective investment narrative.
• Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a good understanding of capital markets and the biotechnology investment ecosystem.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives and representing the company in external investor-facing settings.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, with a particular focus on U.S. based biotechnology and healthcare investors.
• Identify and engage potential institutional investors, venture capital firms, private equity investors, family offices, and other strategic funding sources.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and ongoing relationship management.

Fundraising & Investor Pitching

• Support and participate in fundraising activities, investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
• Deliver compelling company and investment presentations to prospective investors and funding partners.
• Work closely with senior management to prepare for fundraising discussions, investor meetings, and due diligence processes.
• Support the development and execution of fundraising strategies across different stages of the company’s growth.

Investor Materials & Public Relations

• Develop and refine investor presentations, pitch decks, company profiles, management talking points, and other fundraising materials.
• Translate complex scientific, clinical, and business information into clear and compelling investment messages for financial audiences.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of corporate and investment-related communications.

Capital Market & Investor Intelligence

• Monitor biotechnology capital market trends, investor sentiment, comparable companies, financing activities, and industry developments.
• Provide management with relevant investor feedback and market intelligence to support fundraising and corporate strategy.
• Maintain an active understanding of the global biotechnology investment landscape and emerging pools of capital.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with senior management and internal teams across business development, finance, scientific, clinical, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate internal information and materials required for investor discussions, due diligence, and fundraising activities.
