A global technology company specializing in industrial digitalization, automation, and engineering solutions, supporting leading manufacturers and infrastructure operators across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project sales opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, solution consulting, proposal preparation, negotiation to contract closure.
- Build strong relationships with end-users, consultants, EPCs, and key project stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and support bidding/tender activities.
- Monitor project execution, identify expansion opportunities, and track market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in project sales, technical sales, industrial solutions, automation, or engineering projects.
- Technical understanding of industrial control, digitalization, or process automation solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English. Additional Asian language capability is a plus.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and project activities.
