Job Description:

• L2 System & Operations Support: Monitor system health, investigate application/database issues, analyze system logs, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incident resolution.
• Data Operations & Processing: Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, quality validation, and operational/performance reporting.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Operations: Support deployment, access control, and monitoring across Linux / Windows server environments and Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Operational Monitoring: Build and maintain operational dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Grafana, Tableau) to track system performance and data integrity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and technical support teams to validate bug fixes, prepare technical documentation, and support new release deployments.
