Senior Backend Engineer (Banking/Insurance)

Adecco's client is an FDI IT company in Hanoi.

• Participate in core banking implementation, integration, enhancement, and support projects.
• Provide expertise in core banking business processes, product configuration, and solution architecture.
• Support project delivery, pre-sales activities, and customer engagements across Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement banking solutions.
• Provide functional and technical consulting for banking transformation initiatives.
• Must have experience with Banking Solution

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience preferred
• Strong candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with at least one major core banking platform:

o  Oracle FLEXCUBE

o  Temenos Transact (T24)

• Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, lending, deposits, payments, and related banking operations.
• Experience participating in core banking implementation or migration projects.
• Ability to work closely with business users, architects, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multiple banking transformation programs.
• Experience in Southeast Asian banking projects.
• Solution architecture or product specialist background.
• Strong English communication skills.
