R&D Engineer

We’re partnering with a global player in electronic solutions, to hire an R&D Engineer who will be in charge of leading product design and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in design, development, or manufacturing of complex assemblies.
• Proficient in 3D CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate electronics solutions of the company's products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Product Management.
• Troubleshoot product development and quality issues using hands-on, data-driven root cause analysis.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and engineering standards.
• Support product redesign, cost reduction, capacity expansion, risk mitigation, and market-driven projects.
• Travel to vendors and company facilities as required.
