Production & Team Management

• Lead and skill up management for all Line Leaders and Production Leaders in shift.
• Ensure effectiveness and smooth production activities.
• Arrange HC in shift effectively, balance and minimize OVT of operators and Line Leaders.
• Manage factory operations and team performance.

Resource & Capacity Management

• Manage resource capacity: Manpower, Machine, Line, Material, and Working Method.
• Conduct end-to-end assembly operation daily planning.
• Ensure capacity and HC alignment.
• Build plan and daily COP confirmation.
• Collaborate with Planning, HR, and Skill Development for available resources supporting business requirements.

Cost, Quality & Production Control

• Ensure cost and expense are saving and effective.
• Control product quality.
• Minimize scrap material.
• Control material: Inventory accuracy, WIP, R&R stock.
• Manage DQ Zero and OBA fail rate.
• Improve Audit Fail points.
• Ensure 5S-Rule in manufacturing

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to optimize machine utilization, improve production capacity, and strengthen quality mindset.

Education

•  University

Experience

• At least 3–5 years in direct manufacturing management

• Management in factory
• Teamwork / Co-operation skills with other departments
• English language skills
