Private Equity Analyst

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• Adecco’s client is one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms with an international network of 23 offices throughout Europe, Asia, and the US.
• The company manages funds on behalf of pension funds, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and other investors, and is looking to hire a qualified Private Equity Analyst to join the SEA deal team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support deal origination by performing research, analysis, evaluation targets, and completing the requisite paperwork.
• Support the execution of transactions via analysis and synthesis of potential deals.
• Conduct industry research including financial modeling and valuation, and prepare reports on industry trends, portfolio performance, risk analysis, capital allocation plans, and other issues supporting investment literature to facilitate decision-making.
• Perform financial due diligence for potential investment opportunities and work with external professionals when necessary.
• Keep abreast of market movements, assess their implications on portfolios, and offer professional advice.
• Ensure high integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of investment decisions to protect the assets and ensure minimal risks and maximum contributions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally 2- 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting or accounting firm.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English skills.
• Native Vietnamese is a must.
• Technical case study after 1st meeting.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Finance preferred from top universities.
• Having strong passion in developing long-term career path in private equity.
• GPA 3.5 and above.
