National Head

This role is essentially a business builder and manager responsible for growing and running the company's Vietnam operations.

Key Objectives

• Lead the overall Vietnam business and deliver growth targets.
• Expand the company's infrastructure footprint through new partnerships and locations.
• Build relationships with property developers, building owners, government agencies, and strategic partners.
• Develop a high-performing local team and strong operating culture.
• Own business performance including revenue, profitability, operations, and execution.

Core Responsibilities

Commercial Growth

• Win new business opportunities.
• Negotiate partnerships and commercial agreements.
• Grow revenue and utilisation.
• Monitor market trends and competition.

Operations & Projects

• Oversee site acquisition, project delivery, and operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain high service standards and operational performance.

Leadership

• Lead the Vietnam team.
• Build culture, accountability, and performance.
• Report directly to regional leadership and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles.
• Experience running a business unit, country operation, or major division.
• Strong business development and partnership skills.
• Well-connected in real estate, property, infrastructure, energy, telecom, or related sectors.
• Comfortable managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent English.
