Adecco's client - a leading electronics manufacturer is looking for a Senior Production Planner to oversee planning for manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4+ years of production planning experience, preferably in an MNC/foreign-invested company.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
- Good teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and control production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
- Monitor material availability, BOM, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing to optimize schedules, production quantities, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain production planning documents and customer requirements.
- Identify and communicate material or capacity constraints.
- Monitor MPS performance and support continuous improvement.
