Machinery Design Engineer

We’re partnering with a global player in electronic solutions, to hire a Machinery Design Engineer who will design and develop automation and fixtures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience in automation/machine design, DFM, machine tools, or precision tooling.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Experience with high-speed assembly equipment and industrial machine control systems is a plus.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation equipment, fixtures, tooling, and machine systems from concept through production integration.
• Lead projects covering machine design, controls, fabrication, supplier management, costing, and project schedules.
• Ensure designs meet quality, reliability, and relevant local standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to manage specifications, changes, issues, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, fabrication, and costs to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
