Head of Client Solutions & Digital Growth - Vietnam Market

ABOUT ADECCO'S CLIENT

• Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in digital advertising, MarTech, and AI-powered marketing solutions, helping businesses enhance customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and digital growth across leading platforms.
• We are looking for a Head of Client Solutions & Digital Growth to lead client solutions, digital advertising, and business growth initiatives in Vietnam, acting as a trusted local representative for strategic customers and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic client relationships, solution development, delivery, renewal, and account growth.
• Drive digital advertising and performance marketing initiatives across TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Amazon DSP, and other platforms.
• Translate customer needs into practical MarTech, CDP, AI, cloud, data, and digital marketing solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, technology vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and lead the local Client Solutions & Digital Growth team.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Vietnam go-to-market strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, MarTech, consulting, e-commerce, or technology.
• Strong client management and commercial acumen.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital advertising, preferably TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of MarTech, digital marketing, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proven leadership or team management experience.
• Vietnamese: Native | English: Professional | Mandarin: Advantage.
