Business Development Manager (Packaging & Printing)

Our client - a leading provider of Machinery & Solutions for industrial sectors, is looking for a Business Development Manager to help create and shape a new business for Packaging & Printing from the very beginning

Responsibilities

• Drive annual sales strategy, identify target markets, and achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and lead commercial negotiations.
• Act as the bridge between global suppliers and local customers, introducing new solutions.
• Hire, coach, and manage the Sales & Service team, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Track industry trends and competitors, providing actionable insights to management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Printing, Packaging, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Packaging & Printing industry, with exposure to sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in Flexible Packaging, Labels, Folding Carton, or similar sectors.
• Prior experience leading sales teams or business units is highly preferred.
