Backend Engineer

Our client is a leading technology company developing innovative digital solutions that simplify and automate complex business processes. The company is building scalable technology platforms that support critical financial operations and enable businesses to improve efficiency through automation.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team developing software solutions that automate and streamline financial processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and supporting components for financial applications. You will work closely with other engineers to integrate backend services with frontend applications, while contributing to the overall stability, scalability, and performance of the platform.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java | Golang | Python | MySQL | AWS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn. 

• Design, develop, and maintain key components of financial applications and supporting systems, including SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, daemons, and user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and applications.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Analyze user feedback and system requirements to identify opportunities for product and feature improvements.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.
• Contribute to system improvements, technical discussions, and the continuous enhancement of engineering practices.
