Spare Parts Export Executive

We are looking for a 'Spare Parts Export Executive' for our client in the Automotive Spare Parts sector, for whom we provide consulting services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven experience in export management and international sales (managerial level preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive and automotive spare parts sector.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and global logistics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A highly proactive professional with strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth
• Ability to manage multiple markets, deadlines, and commercial projects simultaneously
• Result‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic international environment

Requirements:

• Managing end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs procedures, international logistics, and regulatory compliance
• Developing and executing export strategies to expand the company’s global footprint
• Identifying new international markets, distributors, partners, and sales channels
• Conducting detailed market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies for targeted regions
• Preparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitable growth in international sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Driving business development initiatives and supporting strategic projects to increase market share
• Representing the company at international exhibitions, fairs, and industry events
• Monitoring export performance, preparing reports, and contributing to the company’s long-term commercial strategy
