Senior Training Executive

For our client, a leading global brand in the technology sector, we are looking for a Senior Training Executive to join their team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in retail, sales training, or consumer electronics is preferred

• Previous experience in Learning & Development within an HR function is preferred

Job Description

• Organize and deliver induction and new product launch trainings for field teams

• Facilitate On-the-Job Training sessions with business partners to support real-time learning and development

• Support training academy programs, including logistics, content delivery, and post-training follow-up

• Deliver field training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and product experience across sales teams

• Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt training content in line with Turkey’s market dynamics

• Ensure training materials are continuously updated with the latest product information,competitive insights, and brand messaging

• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and supporting content

• Support onboarding programs for new sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction standards

• Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback throughout the first three months

• Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback tools

• Provide regular reports and updates to the Training Manager and Sales Leaders regarding training results and development areas

• Organize training programs based on customer experience metrics to support successful customer interactions

• Promote company values and team spirit through engaging and impactful training experiences
