Senior Structural Analysis Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Structural Analysis Engineer to join our global business partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our local engineers. Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in aircraft fuselage static and/or F&DT analyses
• Good understanding of airworthiness regulations for Part 21J/Part 21G
• Experience in an Airbus engineering environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of NASTRAN/PATRAN, Hyperworks, ISAMI
• Good command of analytical calculation methods (e.g., Bruhn, HSB, Niu)
• Good programming knowledge (preferably Python, alternatively VBA)
• Very good command of English, including technical terminology;
• Structured working style, strong team integration skills, and a high sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of Office 365

Job Description

• Conduct stress-related analyses of aircraft fuselage structures (ATA52, ATA53) to validate design solutions or changes, including static analyses, fatigue and crack growth calculations, and FEM calculations according to established methods and standards
• Create and review stress documents for verification and certification (e.g., stress dossiers)
• Develop and adapt routines for pre- and post‑processing of calculation data
• Support the optimisation of processes and procedures within the team
