We are currently seeking a Client Advisor for our premium accessories brand for which we provide consultancy services.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably a university graduate,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in premium brands or boutique management,
• Proficient in English,
• Strong communication skills, high representational ability, and attentive to personal appearance,
• Possesses strong analytical thinking skills, result-oriented, and open to continuous development,
• Prioritizes customer experience and service quality,
• Competent in managing operational processes and capable of taking responsibility.

Job Description

• Manage all store operations end-to-end, including sales, stock, visual merchandising, and team management.
• Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and conduct performance analyses.
• Deliver a high-standard sales experience tailored to a premium customer segment.
• Maintain in-store product display and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyze customer needs accurately and develop effective sales strategies.
• Regularly handle stock tracking, order processes, and operational reporting.
• Take improvement actions to ensure the store achieves its profitability and efficiency targets.
