Senior Project Manager

Our client is rapidly transforming into Southeast Asia and is looking for a highly capable Project Management Officer specializing in Artificial Intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the project management infrastructure and governance from the ground up. You will ensure that complex technological projects are executed efficiently, meet rigorous standards, and align perfectly with the overarching strategic goals of the executive office.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field; a Master of Business Administration is considered a strong advantage.
• 5 or more years of relevant working experience in project or program management, with a specific focus on artificial intelligence projects and executing complex transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, encompassing budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and propose actionable solutions to complex problems.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, necessary for presenting materials and tracking action items with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Legally entitled to work in Thailand.
• Strong communication in both Thai and English

• Governance & Standardization: Develop and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored specifically to complex artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Execution Leadership: Oversee the throughput of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that resources are optimally allocated and that deliverables are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally to coordinate project updates, resolve bottlenecks, and manage relationships to ensure seamless communication between internal and external teams.
• Process Optimization: Support the integration of new technological systems, address change management challenges, and analyze key performance indicators to continuously drive business integration and process improvements.
