SAP Technical Architecture & Development Specialists (Multiple Levels)

We are searching for experts who will be executing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Template Rollout. We are building a robust backend engineering team and are actively hiring SAP Technical Architecture and Development specialists at the Senior Analyst and Associate Manager levels. In this track, you will be the technical backbone of the project, responsible for system infrastructure, security governance, and advanced custom development. This is a highly collaborative role operating 100% onsite in Bangkok.

Requirements

• 3 to 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP ABAP, or SAP BTP (seniority and compensation will align with the Senior Analyst or Associate Manager level).
• Proven experience in at least 1 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout programs.
• Deep technical proficiency in your respective domain (e.g., RISE with SAP infrastructure, Fiori security concepts, or modern BTP extension development).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system defects during testing and cutover phases.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strict ability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok at the designated project location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Basis architecture and environment management on SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud, ensuring optimal system performance and release readiness.
• Design, implement, and govern comprehensive SAP Security and Authorization frameworks, ensuring strict compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Develop, test, and deploy complex system enhancements, custom applications, and integrations utilizing SAP ABAP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Coordinate with global template teams, functional consultants, and integration leads to ensure seamless technical deployment and system landscape stability.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and analysts within the engineering workstream.
