SAP Supply Chain & Asset Operations Specialists (Multiple Levels)

Our client, a premier global technology consulting firm, is driving a massive SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Template Rollout. We are actively hiring SAP Supply Chain and Asset Operations specialists at the Senior Analyst and Consultant/Team Lead levels. In this track, you will be responsible for optimizing core materials management, inventory, and plant maintenance processes to align with the new S/4HANA architecture. This role operates 100% onsite in Bangkok.

Requirements

• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP PM, MM, IM, or general SCM modules (seniority and compensation will align with the Senior Analyst or Consultant/Team Lead levels).
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations, business process analysis, or post-go-live functional support environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex physical supply chain and maintenance workflows into logical system solutions.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills in both Thai and English to effectively engage with business users and technical teams.
• Strict capability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok at the designated project location

Responsibilities

• Analyze, blueprint, and optimize Plant Maintenance (PM) business processes, acting as the bridge between engineering departments and technical implementation teams.
• Provide dedicated functional support, issue resolution, and system enhancements for SAP SCM, Material Management (MM), and Inventory Management (IM) modules.
• Facilitate business process discovery workshops with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance stakeholders to capture and redesign operational workflows.
• Manage incident tickets, execute necessary system configurations, and ensure seamless integration with cross-functional modules such as Finance and Controlling.
• Drive process standardization and deliver comprehensive user training to ensure smooth adoption during deployment and hypercare phases.
