SAP Data, Migration & Cutover Task Force (Multiple Levels)

Our client, a premier global technology consulting firm, is executing a massive SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Template Rollout. We are assembling a specialized Data, Migration, and Cutover Task Force and are actively hiring experienced professionals from the Associate Manager to Senior Manager levels. In this track, you will orchestrate the critical transition phase, ensuring legacy data is accurately migrated, and the new system is flawlessly deployed without business disruption. This role operates 100% onsite in Bangkok.

Requirements

• 5 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration, Cutover Management, Project Management, or SAP Datasphere (seniority and compensation will align with Associate Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager levels).
• Proven track record of successfully driving at least 1 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout programs.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP data structures and migration tools (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, Data Services, LSMW).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to make rapid decisions under the high pressure of a Go-Live environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strict capability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok at designated project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate comprehensive system cutover, mock cutovers, and deployment strategies for enterprise-scale go-lives.
• Manage end-to-end data and document migration project lifecycles (DM PM), coordinating seamlessly between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Design, govern, and execute modern data warehousing and analytics solutions utilizing SAP Datasphere.
• Develop highly detailed, minute-by-minute downtime plans and mitigate cross-workstream risks during the critical deployment phase.
• Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure maximum data integrity before system launch.
