Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a highly creative and talented designer to join their team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience with reputable or well-known brands
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design expertise across multiple channels
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Based in Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee artwork design projects in line with AOP and brand standards
• Develop and execute creative design concepts aligned with global and regional strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
• Generate innovative, impactful, and brand-consistent design solutions
• Conduct market research and translate consumer insights into compelling design executions
