QE Engineer

Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in optical communication components and products for data centers, internet systems, telecommunications, and 5G technology. The company focuses on large-scale production, strict quality control, and lean manufacturing to deliver high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in the optical fiber or cable manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrade of production quality system software
• Responsible for the collection and sorting of relevant data in the process of new product development
• Responsible for supplier review and management
• Formulate various inspection standards and documents related to quality
• Responsible for product quality control of the entire production process from sample to mass production, seeking to improve product quality through testing, control and improvement process
• Responsible for solving quality problems in the production process, dealing with quality anomalies and quality improvement
• Follow up the quality of products, deal with customer complaints and provide solutions
• Internal and external quality audits to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the quality management system
• Participate in supplier audit and evaluation to ensure that suppliers meet quality requirements and can continue to provide quality products and services
