Production Engineering (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Production Engineering.
• Experience in Automotive / Compressor / HVAC / Thermal Management is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Product Development, and Manufacturing Processes.
• Good Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills.
• English communication skills for overseas meetings and collaboration.
• Experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company is strongly preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Automotive Compressor / Scroll Compressor / HVAC products.
• Conduct Product Design Review, Testing, Validation, and Engineering Analysis.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) from concept to mass production.
• Analyze technical issues and drive Product Improvement / Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate with overseas teams on technical requirements, specifications, and project progress.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering documents, and project presentations.
• Join international meetings and communicate with overseas customers/teams in English.
