Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related disciplines preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Production Engineer in the manufacturing industry; metal or aluminum industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, process improvement, root cause analysis, and production data analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Daily conversational English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Analyze production performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and related departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Support new product introduction, production trials, process validation, and documentation updates.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
