Process Engineer

Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in optical communication components and products for data centers, internet systems, telecommunications, and 5G technology. The company focuses on large-scale production, strict quality control, and lean manufacturing to deliver high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in the optical fiber or cable manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requirements, and convert them into manufacturing process standards and technical documents.

• Prepare process documentation and conduct related technical training for production teams.

• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance production yield, efficiency, and product quality.

• Support new product trial production and resolve process-related issues during pilot runs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and ensure smooth operations.

• Continuously improve manufacturing processes through lean production and problem-solving methodologies.
