Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above).
- Business-level English communication skills.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, Administration, Corporate Planning, or other corporate functions.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, departments, or regional offices.
- Experience working in multinational organizations or Japanese companies is preferred.
- Experience in HR policy implementation, organizational development, or regional coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Thai labor law and HR practices.
- Willingness and ability to learn labor laws and HR regulations across multiple countries within the region.
- Ability to build relationships with multicultural stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong logical thinking and learning agility.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Experience communicating with overseas headquarters and regional offices is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and systems across overseas entities.
- Coordinate regional HR initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and policies.
- Promote the standardization and harmonization of HR regulations, policies, and procedures across regional subsidiaries.
- Act as the liaison between headquarters and overseas offices regarding HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and management to implement HR projects and organizational initiatives.
- Monitor HR practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analyses for management review.
- Coordinate communication among regional offices and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
- Support HR projects across multiple countries in Asia, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and India.
- Participate in occasional overseas business trips to support regional HR operations.
