Factory Manager (Sauce, Seasoning)

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for production planning and management, as well as related factory operations such as engineering and finished goods logistics, to ensure that production meets the targeted quantity and quality standards.
• Have the authority to stop production if the production process does not meet customer or company standards.
• Have the authority to stop machinery if equipment failure may affect product quality or compliance with customer/company standards.
• Have the authority to place products on hold if they do not meet customer or company standards.
• Have the authority to consider product recalls in cases where products may affect consumer safety.
• Work with the Managing Director to develop strategic objectives, production plans, and long-term product development plans in line with business requirements and technological advancement.
• Work with the Production Manager to develop and take responsibility for annual and monthly production targets and plans in alignment with the business plan.
• Work with relevant department managers to plan and manage the factory organization structure and manpower requirements to achieve operational targets efficiently.
• Establish or approve plans, measures, and work procedures to achieve required standards in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and time.
• Oversee and participate in machinery installation, improvement, and maintenance activities according to approved plans or projects.
• Ensure sufficient and appropriate raw materials, spare parts, and safety measures are available to support efficient production.
• Provide consultation and guidance and regularly meet with subordinates to develop employees and resolve factory-related issues.
• Have knowledge of BRCGS, GHPs, HACCP, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Production Manager, Production Planning Manager, or equivalent; or
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Factory Manager or equivalent; or
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Factory Manager.
• Good personality and strong leadership skills
• Good management skills and strong decision-making ability
• GHPs / HACCP and other relevant standards

Working day:

Monday - Saturday 8.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m. (After probation can discuss)
