Delivery Control (Japanese Speaker)

A well-established Japanese multinational company specializing in semiconductor and electronic component solutions for the automotive, industrial, home appliance, and electronics industries. Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administration, Production Control, or Supply Chain.
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and conversational English.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table); SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work confidently with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules between the Japan headquarters, Thailand sales team, and overseas offices.
• Manage shipment schedules, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze delivery, inventory, and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support production control and other related coordination tasks.
