We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify an experienced HR Leader to lead HR operations across multiple production sites.
Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role requires a strong HR leader with proven experience in manufacturing environments, workforce planning, and managing large employee populations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership while remaining highly involved in operational HR activities and team development.
Must-Have
- Proven HR leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting multiple plants or sites with large employee populations.
- Strong expertise in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Experience partnering closely with Operations, Plant Managers, and business leaders.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing HR teams across different locations.
- Strong employee relations and people management capability
- Strong Thai labor policy
- Native to speak and write in Thai
Preferred
- Experience in labor-intensive manufacturing environments such as textile, garment, FMCG, automotive, electronics or industrial manufacturing.
- Track record of driving HR improvements and capability-building initiatives within factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and people practices.
- Partner closely with Operations and Plant Management teams to support business objectives through effective workforce strategies.
- Drive manpower planning initiatives, ensuring optimal workforce utilization and alignment with production requirements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of HR professionals across multiple locations.
- Strengthen HR capabilities and establish best practices that enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Support employee relations, labor management, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters while maintaining a hands-on approach to HR operations.
- Lead and support HR projects aimed at improving workforce productivity, capability development, and organizational performance.
