Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established trading company specializing in electronics production technologies, with operations across 10 countries. The company provides a wide range of high-quality SMT equipment, industrial robots, and production solutions tailored to diverse manufacturing needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in any related fields
• English - Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in related roles within a Japanese company
• Experience in Trading or Manufacturing companies would be advantages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and service mindset
• Able to work under pressure, with patience and a high level of trustworthiness
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
Admin:
• Prepare and submit documents, and coordinate with outsourcing companies, suppliers, and relevant authorities (e.g., visa/work permit and government agencies)
• Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations, including assisting Japanese staff with travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, golf bookings, and car rentals
• Organize and schedule meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Manage office-related matters, follow management instructions, and maintain accurate records and reports
• Perform general administrative duties and support daily office operations
• Assist in budget management, including price comparisons, negotiations, and cost control
• Handle general office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies, answering calls, and preparing and reviewing documents
Human Resources:
• Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance, overtime, leave, and personnel data
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and candidates, including preparing job descriptions and advertising vacancies
• Oversee the full recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees
• Serve as the internal point of contact for employee relations and labor-related matters
