Company Overview

A rapidly growing technology provider specializing in SaaS solutions that support digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. The organization develops a drawing and order management system designed to streamline factory operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Japanese proficiency at N3 level or above with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with journal entries and basic accounting operations.
  • Experience handling accounting documents and coordinating with external accounting service providers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end closing support.
  • Familiarity with Thailand accounting operations and basic tax document processes.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in Japanese.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle journal entries and daily accounting operations.
  • Organize and review accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate accounting information with external accounting firms and tax advisors.
  • Support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare and submit accounting reports to regional headquarters.
  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting-related documentation.
  • Support the improvement of accounting procedures and internal workflows.
  • Manage office assets, equipment, and related documentation.
  • Assist with contract administration and document management.
  • Support internal administrative processes in coordination with overseas stakeholders.
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-organized office environment.
